Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy



INGREDIENTS :

- 3 Chicken Breasts .

- 4 Bone-In Chicken Thighs (Skin Removed) .

- Salt (To Taste) .

- Pepper (To Taste) .

- 3 Packets Chicken Gravy Mix .

- 1 10.5oz) Can Cream of Chicken Soup .

- 2 Cups Water .

- 1/2 teaspoon Rubbed Sage.

METHOD :

1- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside. 

2- In a bowl, combine the gravy mix, soup, water and sage, mixing until smooth. 

Pour the mixture into the bottom of a slow cooker. Add the chicken. 

3- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender. 

Remove the chicken from the slow cooker. 

Using 2 forks, shred the meat, discarding the bones. 

Stir the chicken into the gravy. Season with salt and pepper. 

Cover and cook on high for another 30 minutes, until the mixture has slightly thickened. Serve hot.
