INGREDIENTS :


1 package of raw spinach.

- 1 onion.

- 1 garlic clove (optional)

- 3 eggs.

- 1 tomato.

Two slices of cheese at the bar.

Spices: pepper and salt.

METHOD :

Fry garlic, chopped onions and spinach into julienne slices.

Strain the mixture and put it in a bowl with the beaten eggs.

In a frying pan, put half the amount of the mixture and simmer for a few minutes.

Add cheese and tomato slices, then add the remaining mixture.

Let cook and roll until both sides are cooked through and that's it.
