Chicken salad with pepper and cabbage.


INGREDIENTS :

 Chicken fillet - 400 g

 Chinese cabbage - 200 g

 Cucumber - 1 pc.

 Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.

 Yogurt - 200 g.

 Olive oil - 2 tbsp.  l.

 Tomatoes - 4 pcs.

 Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

 Salt to taste.

 Black pepper - to taste.

 METHOD :

 1. Cut the chicken fillet into not too thick pieces (each weighing about 100 g).  

Slightly beat off with a hammer. Season with salt and pepper.  Fry in a grill pan in 1 tbsp.  l.  olive oil until tender.  

Remove the meat from the pan and allow to cool.

 2. Tear Chinese cabbage (leaves only) into pieces.  Cut the cucumber and bell peppers into strips.  

Place vegetables on top of cabbage, season to taste.

 3. Cut the chicken fillet into long strips.  Place with vegetables.

 4. Prepare the dressing: mix natural yogurt, 1 tbsp.  l.  olive oil, salt and pepper.

 5. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and chicken, put the chopped boiled egg and tomato slices on the salad.  

Season to taste.  Serve immediately.
