Grilled beef ribs


Pig ribs a kilo and a half

Potatoes 750 grams

- 2 pairs of medium onions

4 or 5 garlic cloves

- salt

- olive oil

a little black pepper

When you've washed the ribs, let them air dry while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. You can cut the ribs once they're baked to make it easier. Heat the oven to 200°C.

We peel, wash and cut the potatoes into strips, which we will use as a bed for ribs, we will peel with onions and cut into julienne, into fairly large pieces. We take the oven tray that we will use, pour a little olive oil on the bottom and rub it well all over the tray, put the potatoes and then the onions.

In the blender cup, add the peeled garlic, parsley to taste, a glass of white wine, a pinch of salt and black pepper, a little olive oil and a piece of Ephraim and mix everything until we get a homogeneous mixture, which will be somewhat thick. With it, we will smear the ribs well on all sides and put them on a bed of potatoes and onions.

When the oven reaches the temperature we want, we put the tray with our ingredients and let it bake well on both sides. The baking time will depend on the thickness of the ribs, so we have to see if they brown on one side to flip them over and bake on the other side.

Before you take them out, we recommend giving them the final touch to grill for a few minutes, so they are nicely browned on both sides, and when they're ready, take them out. Serve prime rib for every dinner with a few potatoes.
