Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, 80/20 blend
- 8 oz cooked lobster meat, cut into chunky pieces
- 2 brioche burger buns
- 2 thick slices cheddar cheese
- 2 large green-leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 thick tomato slices
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Make the Lobster Topping
Melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Add the lobster, lemon juice, chives, and smoked paprika, then gently warm for 1–2 minutes. - Cook the Burgers
Divide the beef into 2 patties. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in a hot skillet for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. - Add the Cheese
Top each patty with cheddar and let it melt. Lightly toast the brioche buns. - Build the Burgers
Spread mayonnaise on the buns. Add lettuce, tomato, the cheesy beef patty, and a generous spoonful of garlic butter lobster. - Finish & Serve
Top with extra lobster and chives, close with the brioche bun, and serve immediately while hot.
