Oreo Cheesecake

Life doesn't get any better than this! This is the best cheesecake you will ever taste. The recipe is from one of our top chefs who made this for their daughter's birthday party. The only challenge is that you have to make it yourself. It may sound difficult, but the recipe is easy to follow and the steps are few. The whole family will enjoy this cheesecake!

Ingredients:


Base (for 25 cm. (10"):

16 Oreo cookies

4 tablespoons melted butter


Filling:


16 Oreo cookies

250 milliliters of whipping cream

100 grams of cream cheese

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method :


base:

1 - In a bowl, crush the Oreo cookies together with their filling until they are finely pulverized or powdered.


2 - Then, add the butter and integrate well until a compact and sandy base is formed.


3 - Pour the mixture into the mold and spread with the help of a spatula until a uniform and flat base is obtained. Reverse.


Filling:


1 - With the help of an electric mixer, beat the Cream at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes until doubled in size. You should obtain a creamy and smooth mixture. Set aside.


2 - In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and mix with the electric mixer until creamy.


3 - Then, unite both mixtures in a single bowl and integrate well.


4 - Separately, crush the Oreo cookies into small pieces and add to the filling mixture.


5 - With the help of a spatula, integrate the mixture with the Oreo cookies and mix well.


6 - Then, pour the filling over the base in the mold until it reaches the edge.


7) Spread well and add more Oreos to taste for decoration.


Refrigerate for about 3 hours until firm.


To decorate:

Decorate with Oreo cookies to taste.


You can add the decoration after refrigerating the base and the cheesecake filling.
