Healthier Good Old Fashioned Pancakes.
INGREDIENTS:
A low fat old fashioned pancake!

Minutes to Cook: 5
Number of Servings: 8
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour.
3 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 tablesoon granulated sugar.
1 1/4 cups non fat milk.
2 egg whites.
2 tablespoons butter, melted.

METHOD :
1) Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugartogether in a large bowl.
Make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg whites, and melted butter; mix until smooth.
2)Heat a grittle pan over medium heat.
using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake, pour or scoop batter onto grittle.
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
